The Stress Leaf Spring Peening Machine delivers high-precision mechanical shot peening for automotive and industrial leaf springs, enhancing fatigue strength and extending service life under demanding load conditions.

Using continuous roller conveyor rotary through-feed technology, the SPA system ensures that every leaf spring is processed under controlled and repeatable conditions. Each part passes through the “hot spot” of the blast stream — the optimal zone for inducing compressive stress — resulting in consistently uniform treatment and improved component durability.By pre-tensioning the leaf springs in a jig, even better fatigue strength values can be achieved than when shot peening in anunstressed state.

The system combines fully automatic operation, continuous material flow, and precise parameter control to guarantee process-safe, repeatable performance. Compact,durable, and energy-efficient, the SPA machine can be easily integrated into high-volume production lines or operated as a stand-alone system.
